doBoard Updates for May 2026

  • Implemented interface improvements for the label creation workflow. Various adjustments were made to enhance usability, improve visual consistency, and simplify interaction during label setup.
  • Implemented additional cache synchronization logic to reduce issues caused by outdated local data. The system now tracks the last full update time and automatically refreshes all data if the previous synchronization occurred more than 24 hours earlier. This change improves data consistency, reduces the risk of displaying stale information, and helps prevent issues caused by asynchronous updates.
  • Added access to completed tasks from the Me page by introducing a dedicated link similar to the project view. Also implemented a new Completed Tasks page for users, providing a centralized view of all closed tasks related to their work. The page allows users to review tasks assigned to them as well as tasks completed by other team members, improving visibility and tracking of completed work.
  • Fixed an issue in the project settings for SpotFix integration where the “Full registration required” option was always displayed as disabled after a page refresh. The problem affected only the visual state and did not reflect the actual configuration value. The loading logic was corrected to ensure the setting is displayed according to its real status.
  • Moved all SpotFix settings into a dedicated interface to simplify access and improve usability. The new layout reduces the number of actions required to open and manage settings, while making all available options immediately visible. This update improves navigation efficiency and provides a more convenient configuration experience.
  • Redesigned the filter interfaces on the Project, Calendar, and Inbox pages. The filters were updated to provide a more convenient, compact, and consistent user experience across different sections of the system. The new design improves usability, reduces visual complexity, and creates a more unified interface.
