Your Trello estimate
How this estimate is calculated
- The calculator selects the lowest public Trello plan that meets all entered limits and features.
- Standard and Premium paid seats equal Workspace members plus multi-board guests. Single-board guests are not billed.
- Enterprise estimates use at least 50 paid seats. Above that minimum, paid seats equal Workspace members. Multi-board guests do not consume Enterprise licenses.
- Enterprise estimates use Trello’s public progressive annual pricing tiers and the public $10,000 minimum spend.
- Taxes, prorated seat changes, discounts, add-on subscriptions, and negotiated contracts are excluded.

How the Trello Pricing Calculator Works
Trello pricing depends on more than the number of employees. Guest access, feature requirements, automation usage, attachment size, and annual or monthly billing can change the suitable plan and final cost.
1. Count members and guests
Add Workspace members separately from single-board and multi-board guests so the correct paid seat rules can be applied.
2. Enter usage requirements
Add your boards, largest file attachment, and expected monthly automation runs.
3. Choose features and billing
Select the functions your team requires and whether you prefer an annual or monthly subscription.
4. Review the lowest suitable plan
See the estimated cost, billed seats, limits, and exact reasons behind the recommendation.

Every Workspace member uses a paid seat on Standard, Premium, and Enterprise.

Standard and Premium have lower effective monthly prices when billed annually. Enterprise is annual only.
Required features and usage
More than 10 boards, larger attachments, more automation, advanced views, or organization controls can require a higher plan.
How Trello Guest Pricing Works

- A multi-board guest belongs to two or more boards in the same Workspace
- Multi-board guests use paid seats on Standard and Premium
- Multi-board guests do not consume licenses on Enterprise
- Free Workspaces allow up to 10 total collaborators, including guests
- Observers follow the same billing rules as other users

How Trello Enterprise Pricing Works
Trello Enterprise is billed annually and uses progressive volume pricing. The first 250 seats are priced at $210 per seat per year, with lower rates applied to seats in higher bands. Trello also states a $10,000 minimum annual spend and describes Enterprise as intended for businesses with at least 50 seats.
Progressive pricing
Lower rates apply only to seats inside each higher volume band. The calculator totals each band rather than multiplying every seat by the lowest displayed average.
Public calculator range
This page calculates public Enterprise estimates for up to 5,000 members. Larger organizations receive a Contact sales result.
