- The layout of task elements related to hours and user information was refined to improve their alignment, spacing, and overall visual consistency. Additional adjustments were made to the year switcher in the calendar to improve its layout and interaction. The appearance and positioning of comment elements were also refined to provide a more consistent and polished interface across the application.
- The icons used in the Spoiler Text element were corrected to ensure they are displayed properly and consistently. The spoiler functionality was also improved so that selected text can now be automatically wrapped in a spoiler and correctly inserted inside it. Additionally, an issue preventing the cursor from being placed between two consecutive spoilers was resolved, allowing users to edit text between adjacent spoiler elements normally.
- The widget within the project boards was enhanced with additional information about tasks that were moved from the current board, providing a clearer overview of task transfers. The Total section of the board widget was also expanded to include more detailed information about tasks. These improvements provide a more complete view of task distribution and make the statistics within each project board more informative. The board statistics widget within project boards was further improved by correcting the percentage calculations displayed for task statistics.
- The keyword filter in All Activity was added to the page URL so that its selected value is now preserved when the page is opened or refreshed. This also makes it possible to share a link to All Activity with predefined keyword filters already applied. The improvement provides a more convenient way to save, reopen, and share specific filtered activity views.
- The user filter on both the Project page and Task page was updated to use a consistent appearance and interaction pattern. The filter controls were aligned across both pages to provide a more predictable and unified filtering experience. A Clear All button was also added, allowing users to quickly remove all selected users and reset the filter in a single action.
- A loading progress bar was added for attachments uploaded through comments. The progress indicator now provides visual feedback while files are being uploaded, allowing users to clearly see the current upload status. This makes the attachment upload process more transparent and improves the overall experience when working with files in comments.
- A new Subtasks functionality was introduced to simplify navigation and task organization when several tasks are part of one larger production or product-related goal. A new Subtask task type was added, together with a hierarchical Task → Subtasks relationship that allows large tasks to be divided into smaller, connected pieces of work. Tasks can now form multi-level structures, where a Subtask can also act as a Task for its own nested Subtasks, while the system prevents a parent Task from being closed while it still contains open Subtasks.
The task menu was also enhanced to make working with these relationships more convenient. Its width can now be adjusted dynamically, Subtasks display an indicator showing their parent Task relationship, and each related task includes a link counter that helps identify the relative importance and number of connections between tasks. The task relationship tree can also be displayed directly in the task menu and inserted into comments through a dedicated widget, making it easier to show the team the current position within a larger task structure. The previously existing Related tasks menu item was removed because its purpose overlaps with the new Subtasks concept.
