- The positioning of tasks created through the Quick Task Creation window was corrected within the task list. Newly created tasks are now inserted into the appropriate location immediately after creation, ensuring they follow the expected sorting rules. This improvement provides a more consistent and predictable task management experience while preventing incorrect task placement.
- A new option was added to hide activity logs on both the Task page and the Project page. This enhancement allows users to reduce visual clutter and focus on the information that is most relevant to their current workflow. The visibility of logs can now be easily toggled, providing a cleaner and more customizable interface.
- Visual feedback was added for rearranging attachments within the comment creation form. Users can now clearly see the movement of attachments while changing their order, making the drag-and-drop interaction more intuitive and responsive. This enhancement improves usability and provides a smoother experience when organizing multiple attachments before submitting a comment.
- The “Show only unread” filter on the Inbox page was enhanced to persist its state in the page URL. The selected filter is now preserved after refreshing the page, ensuring a consistent user experience. Additionally, filtered Inbox views can now be shared via direct links, allowing others to open the page with the same filter already applied.
- The Quick Task Creation window was enhanced with the ability to link related tasks during task creation. Users can now attach references to existing tasks without leaving the creation workflow, making it easier to establish task relationships from the start. This improvement streamlines task organization and reduces the need for additional editing after a task has been created.
- The user invitation workflow was enhanced to allow assigning a role during the invitation process. Administrators can now specify a new user’s access level before the invitation is accepted, eliminating the need for additional configuration afterward. This improvement simplifies onboarding, reduces administrative steps, and ensures users receive the appropriate permissions from the moment they join the organization.
- A new comment filter was added to the Task page, allowing comments to be filtered by their author. Users can now quickly display comments from a specific team member, making it easier to review discussions, track contributions, and locate relevant information within tasks. This enhancement improves navigation through comment history, especially for tasks with extensive activity.
- The date range filter was improved to provide more flexible selection management. Previously, users could only clear the filter after selecting both a start and an end date. The filter now allows either selected date to be removed independently, making it easier to adjust or reset partially completed date ranges without clearing the entire filter.
- Year navigation was added to both the Date Range filter and the Due Date calendar picker. Previously, users could navigate only between months, making it inconvenient to select dates far in the past or future. With the addition of year switching, navigating across longer time periods is now significantly faster and more convenient.
- Several access-related issues on the Task page were resolved. Breadcrumb navigation no longer displays an “undefined” value when a user does not have access to a task, providing a cleaner and more consistent interface. In addition, the Request Access button is now shown only when applicable and is no longer displayed for tasks that belong to organizations where the user is not a member.
- The User Settings page interface was refined to improve its overall appearance and usability. Several visual adjustments were made to enhance the layout, improve the organization of settings, and provide a cleaner, more consistent user experience. These changes make navigation through the settings page more intuitive while maintaining the existing functionality.
- Inbox notifications were extended to include task assignment events. Users now receive a dedicated notification whenever a task is assigned to them, making it easier to stay informed about new responsibilities without relying on email or other notification channels. This enhancement improves task visibility and helps users respond to newly assigned work more quickly.
- A display delay was introduced for interface tooltips to create a smoother user experience. Tooltips now appear only after a short delay, preventing them from interrupting users during quick navigation or routine actions. This improvement is especially beneficial for experienced users, allowing them to work more efficiently with fewer unnecessary distractions.
- A Clear Formatting option was added to the comment editor, allowing users to quickly remove all text formatting from selected content. This makes it easier to paste text from external sources or reset formatting without manually removing individual styles. The enhancement provides greater flexibility when editing comments and helps maintain consistent formatting.
- The notification read-state behavior was improved when navigating to task pages. Notifications are now marked as read more accurately based on user interactions, reducing cases where notifications remained unread after the related task had already been viewed. This enhancement provides a more reliable and consistent notification experience.
